Annual General Meeting of Members

Notice is hereby given the Annual General Meeting of members of WRBA will be held at KMHA Board Room, 135 Lennox Lewis Way, Kitchener, Ontario on Tuesday November 5, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes

(a) to hear and/or receive reports of the board of directors and any other person that the directors determine shall or may make a report.
(b) to consider, and if thought fit, approve the financial statements of the Association for the fiscal Year ended August 31, 2019 and the Treasurer's report in that regard.
(c) to elect the following directors and officers of the Association for the ensuing year: three (3) positions for director, one (1) position for President, one (1) position for Treasurer.
(d) to consider, and if thought fit, to approve changes to the amount of membership dues of the Boxing Academy and to approve the amount of a special assessment, if any.
(e) to consider, and if thought fit, to confirm Amendments to the By-Laws.
(f) to transact such further and other business as may properly be brought before such meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Nominations must be in writing and submitted to the President as per the constitution 15 days prior to the AGM- Monday October 21, 2019.
