Laura Emptage

Laura is a lifelong resident of Waterloo region. She joined the boxing club in 2017, and competed for the first time in 2023 when she travelled with the club to British Columbia . Laura recently completed a Masters of Education (2024), making a career shift to teaching highschool, away from biophysics research. Laura also runs a photography business within the region.
