Sandra has a true passion for fitness, and has been involved in martial arts-kickboxing/boxing and fitness industry for 18 years.
In 2000, she decided to make a lifestyle change after gaining weight, having health issues and becoming unhappy with her body image. Since then she has taken her fitness journey to a variety of places. Sandra has competed in numerous bodybuilding/fitness competitions, participated in 5-10k races, has been awarded as top personal trainer in Canada, teaches in a variety of fitness areas; boxing, kickboxing, weight training and yoga; however if you were to ask her what her favourite style of training is she will completely say a “boot camp style… total mash up". She thrives on diversity and pushes not only herself in her own training but her clients as well.
Sandra has a wide range of knowledge and works in a variety of areas when it comes to the WRBA: Boxing (Kickboxing), Youth Boxing, Adult Personal Training, Women Only Boot Camp, MommyFit, Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching
